Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE with more than AED 124.6 billion in assets. Established in 1997, the bank provides world class, Shari’a-compliant retail, corporate, business, private banking and wealth management solutions through award-winning digital channels and across an extensive branch network.

As ADIB’s strategic partner for their digital transformation program, our solutions focused on the bank’s customers as well as staff. Our Modern Digital Workplace solution offered a self-service portal structure, robust functionality and fully operational department modules. Its user-friendly interface empowered employees to get what they needed to work efficiently.

We delivered value-driven services including ADIB Smart Connect by leveraging SharePoint and NINTEX workflows. Optimizing search and advanced reporting, we have successfully automated a diverse set of business processes and provided better security. Our team has implemented more than 40 E-services on the Smart Connect solution; directly integrated with the bank’s core applications and databases.

We have also developed a Digital Workplace solution to track requests, internal tasks, announcements, news, classifieds, documents, schedules, and more.
